Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We deliver to all areas of New Zealand at a flat rate of $8 per order. The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days. Orders over $100 that are going to a New Zealand address will receive free shipping.
Australian orders are $12, with free shipping on orders over $150 going to an Australian address. The estimated delivery time is 10-14 days.
Shipping is $35 for the rest of the world. Timeframes vary by country.
If your order is being shipped outside of New Zealand you may need to pay tax on the arrival of your order. Payment of all taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.Damages and issues
If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is faulty, we will gladly replace it, or refund you the purchase price in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you return an item as faulty, and we examine it and find that it is not faulty, we may charge you the delivery fee to return the item to you.Exchanges
We only offer exchanges to orders in New Zealand. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover postage costs for exchanges.
Please package the physical item as securely as possible. We are not liable for lost parcels or any damage incurred to a parcel in transit. We recommend using a track and trace courier service.

Exceptions / non-exchangable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale and discounted items. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on orders from outside of New Zealand.
