Shipping policy
We deliver to all areas of New Zealand at a flat rate of $8 per order. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days.
Orders over $100 to NZ addresses qualify for free shipping.
Australia orders are $21, with free shipping on orders over $150.
$35 shipping for all other international orders.
If you are ordering outside of NZ you may be required to pay tax upon arrival of your order. Payment of any taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damages and issuesIf your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is faulty, we will gladly replace it, or refund you the purchase price in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you return an item as faulty, and we examine it and find that it is not faulty, we may charge you the delivery fee to return the item to you.
